Cucumis sativus ssp. sikkimensis
.Uncomplicated, hardy variety with a long harvest window and tasty fruit.
This variety remains healthy and productive for an amazingly long time outdoors and produces fruit for months. When young, these are green and smooth-skinned and are used, for example, for salad. When ripe, they turn from green to yellow to brown. They then have a net-like skin, which means that the juicy cucumbers can be stored for a long time and are used for smoothies and braised cucumbers, for example.
